Welcome! I'm Alejandro Sierra, a stylist and designer with a rich background in the fashion industry. Over the years, I've launched a loungewear brand sold internationally, started a slow fashion production department, and worked as a stylist and visual web designer for Adolfo Domínguez.
Currently, I'm a part-time Ph.D. student at the University of Vigo, focusing on Creativity with Social and Sustainable Innovation. My thesis specifically examines non-binary aesthetics and their user experience in e-commerce.
At Blur Textile, I built a slow fashion production department from scratch, managing everything from client design adjustments to overseeing the full production process. My work included profitability analyses, patternmaking, developing prints, selecting fabrics, and producing prototypes.
As co-creator of Iniqual, a non-binary loungewear brand, I led creative direction, designing prints and collections, managing production, and developing campaign and web photography. Despite its closure after four years, Iniqual expanded to the US, UK, and Australia and earned awards from several prestigious institutions.
At Adolfo Domínguez, I created weekly website content, designed the "New-in" sections, and generated daily social media content.
With experience in fashion, film, television, and advertising across Europe, America, and Asia, I thrive in collaborative environments, quickly adapt to new teams, and am known for my hard-working, easy-going, and friendly demeanor.
My core expertise includes studio styling, trend analysis, innovative e-commerce experiences, and overseeing the entire collection development process—from design and production to e-commerce sales and social media promotion.
